2020 Good Neighbor Finalists Beat Tough Odds

Supporting suicide prevention, housing for the ill and disabled, unique demands kids and other leads to, these 10 Very good Neighbor Award finalists embody the Real estate agent spirit.

CHICAGO – The Nationwide Affiliation of Realtors® (NAR) has selected 10 Realtors® as finalists for its 2020 Very good Neighbor Awards, which honor NAR members who make an incredible distinction in their communities via volunteer get the job done.

Supporting suicide prevention, housing for the ill and disabled, and improving medical cure for small children of lively-responsibility military services mothers and fathers, between other leads to, these Very good Neighbor finalists embody the Real estate agent spirit.

“Despite the issues introduced by COVID-19, these Realtors have continued to aid their neighbors in impactful and inspiring approaches,” states NAR President Vince Malta. “I am so very pleased to honor this year’s Very good Neighbor Award finalists for their superb volunteer get the job done and for exemplifying everything we attempt to be as Realtors and as engaged, compassionate members of a community.”

Vickie Lobo, Einstein Realty, Fontana, Calif. Greg Masucci, Coldwell Banker Household, Washington, D.C., and Atoka Properties, Purcellville, Va. Sandra Nardoci, Berkshire Hathaway Blake, Albany, N.Y. Janice Ash Sialiano, Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage Surfside, Surfside Beach front, S.C. Linda Wolf, KW Metro Middle, Alexandria, Va.

Now in its 21st year, the Very good Neighbor Awards presents $10,000 grants to five winners, who will be picked in October, to even more their charitable initiatives. The winners will also be recognized at the digital Realtors Convention & Expo this November and be highlighted in the November/December concern of Real estate agent Magazne. The five honorable mention picks will acquire a $2,500 grant for their respective nonprofit corporations.

The public is invited to weigh in on the 10 finalists from now to Oct. 2, 2020, as the prime vote-getter will acquire a $2,500 award and the next and third position finishers will each individual make $one,250. These ‘Web Decision Favorites’ and the five judged winners will be declared on Oct. 6.

Real estate® is the key sponsor of the Very good Neighbor Awards application and cash the Internet Decision Favored grants. Wells Fargo House Lending also supports the application.
