The firm states it will seek the services of authentic estate agents as personnel instead than as impartial contractors to perform with iBuyers by way of its new brokerage, Zillow Households.

NEW YORK – In September, Zillow announced that it was opening authentic estate brokerages to handle iBuyers by its Zillow Delivers system.

As part of that shift, Zillow states it will seek the services of authentic estate agents as personnel to symbolize it in getting and providing houses by its iBuying business, instead than rely on impartial contractors.

Previously, a regional accredited authentic estate agent represented the firm by a brokerage partnership in every single industry. But commencing in January 2021, Zillow Delivers consumers in Atlanta, Phoenix and Tucson will perform immediately with a Zillow employee accredited to act as a authentic estate salesperson by Zillow Households, its accredited authentic estate brokerage.
